Do you charge for shipping & delivery?

What are your delivery options and timeframes?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 working hours from our warehouses. Delivery timeframe is dependent on location but is usually 2-7 working days.
Do you offer same-day or direct-to-site delivery?
For urgent orders, we may be able to arrange express delivery to site, depending on the order time, quantity, and delivery location. Please contact our team by phone if you require this service.

What is your warranty period?
V-LOCK® Lids are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
All other AQUEA products include a 12-month warranty under the same terms. All warranties are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined in the official AQUEA Warranty Policy.
